Warranty/Returns

We warranty the Dr.PRx unit against manufacturing defect for 90 days after the date of purchase. A replacement unit may be resent once the unit has been received by customer service and evaluated. Our reusable probes are a medical device; as such, we are unable to accept returns. We recommend that you replace your probe every 4-6 months, depending on use. All sales are final. With your purchase we offer support for our product and our experienced staff is available by phone or email to answer any questions that may arise

Terms and Conditions for Warranty Coverage

• Warranty coverage begins from the date of original purchase, provided the purchase was made from an authorized Dr.PRx™ Dealer or directly from Dr.PRx™ or the Dr.PRx™ website. This warranty does not include damage from accidents and is void if the components are opened, altered, misused, mishandled, suffers excessive wear or is sold by any parties not authorized by Dr.PRx™ LLC.
• All Return Authorization requests must be submitted to Dr.PRx™ through the website www.drprx.com
• Once we received your return it will be evaluated by the engineering team for a flaw in workmanship or defect in material, we will get back to you with your replacement unit/
• Dr.PRx™ will only warranty products that have been returned to its headquarters or to an authorized dealer. Under no circumstance will items be refund or replaced under warranty based on customer’s diagnosis, opinions, pictures or videos submitted.
• Dr.PRx™ will not cover shipping for replacement units. See website for details: www.drprx.com
